I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location is absolutely stunning, just steps away from the beautiful Napili Bay, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. On the downside, the rooms felt quite dated and could really use some refreshing. While I appreciated the ability to cook my own meals, the overall cleanliness and lighting in the room left a lot to be desired.
